Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product and for hygienic reasons, the packaging of your SKNYbottle is sealed with a reinforced tape made with strong fibres which requires a sharp object to cut through it to open your packaging. We have made this decision in the best interest for all our customers and due to the current environment we live in.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item/packaging must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and unopened. As mentioned, the cardboard packaging is sealed with reinforced tape made with strong fibres, which require a sharp object to cut through it, to open your packaging.
Conditions for eligibility of a refund:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for any of the below claims:
- You have not cut through the reinforced tape, nor attempted to open your packaging.
- If you have opened your packaging and noticed there is a manufacturing defect specifically to the 'leak-proof,' functionality of your SKNYbottle.
- If your SKNYbottle has arrived severely damaged. (To note: based on the way SKNYbottle's are manufactured and produced, the body of the bottle is not expected to be completely free of scratches, minor blemishes, etc).
- To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Types of refunds that will not be accepted include:
- If you have entered the wrong delivery/shipping address.
- If you have selected the incorrect size and colour, we can offer an exchange but cannot offer a refund.
- Use with temperature ranges above the recommended heat ratings. Click here to learn more about temperature ranges.
- Damage and changes to the item caused by the user. These include dents, scratches, improper care and cleaning to modifications to your item.
- Requests made after 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- Sale items - Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Processing a Return
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return and refund. After 14 days your request will be void of being eligible for a return.
- To start a return, begin by contacting us at support@sknybottle.com and specifying the reason you would like to return your item(s) (as listed in the conditions for a refund above).
- Please note that details for returns will be communicated via e-mail such as instructions on shipping labels and where to send your package.
- You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- To note, SKNYbottle cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sknybottle.com.
SKNYbottle Ltd has the right to decline your request for a refund, if once received and inspected upon, our team concludes your request does not meet our returns policy and conditions.

Exchanges
We are not able to offer an exchange service, however as long as the product has not been used or modified in anyway, we will process a full refund once the returned product has been received at our warehouse.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if your SKNYbottle is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
