Problems with your order

Missed Deliveries

Sometimes Royal Mail cannot deliver your item to you, if for example, nobody was there to sign for it, or if the parcel was too big to fit in your letterbox.

In such events, Royal Mail will leave a red card titled ‘Something for you.’ This card will contain a reference number for you to use which will allow you to get your item redelivered free to:

• Your own address.
• Another address in your postcode area.
• your local Post Office® branch.

Damaged Orders

If your order has arrived damaged please contact us. We will contact Royal Mail directly to resolve this issue for you, whilst keeping you up-to-date of the progress via e-mail. Where appropriate, we will ensure delivery of a replacement.

To note: based on the way SKNYbottle's are manufactured and produced, the body of the bottle is not expected to be completely free of scratches, minor blemishes, etc.

Missing Receipts/Invoices

You will receive a confirmation e-mail to notify you of the order you have placed. If you have not received this confirmation receipt/invoice please contact us.
